Came faster than expand looks amazing! Way better than the typical red and white sign. Highly recommend!

This was a great professional looking sign. It was super easy to assemble and mout in my yard. I used the top sign to say “Bring Your Realtor” as I was willing to pay the buyer’s realtor a commission. The signed arrived quickly and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. This sign gives potential buyers confidence that the for sale by owner process will be done professionally. Sold my house in 11 days over the asking price!!!

As shown in the image the sign looks amazing... Unfortunately none of that "custom" text is what I had asked for, including the phone number. If you order trying to list your house within a couple days, look somewhere else because who knows what sign you will actually get... Will probably have a random phone number and information on it. Definitely expected better for the price, would NOT recommend.Edit: After posting this review, the company sente the correct sign the next day and took off half the cost, so I increased my rating. Thank you!

Everything was good here. The print job was clear and bright. The signed arrived fast (really fast when you consider that they have to customize it for every person). The package was complete with extra screws and fasteners. The install was easy - you can almost do it with your hands, even pushing the stake into the ground (depending on the ground). We left it up for several months and the condition stayed good.

This is a very SHARP and professional looking sign!! We have had a lot of compliments on it. A realtor even complimented on the sign! It is very durable outside and have not had it blow over in our front yard. We live in MN and put up before snow/ground freezing. Its still standing outside in snow! Great quality and highly recommend! Definitely worth the money.Does not come with flyer box as pictured. We added that ourselves.

I was so amazed by the quality of this sign! The neighbors have complimented the sign along with all of the different Riders I’ve attached... I had a few questions when I first ordered this sign and Sam’s was very quick with responding to my emails, first class! It definitely holds it own especially here in Chi Town where the wind never stops!

I received the order very quickly. I placed it on Thursday night and on Monday it was behind my doors. Little pricey, however everything was spot on. The custom text was exactly as I requested an looked great. Thank you guys!

This products was amazing and assembled easily and the “h-stake” is extremely well made. I used a small sledge hammer to drive it into the ground and it is solid!great product...very professional.
