Just what I wanted works great

The delivery experience was a bit rough initially, but Amazon came through and handled the situation perfectly. As someone who isn’t a fan of Bluetooth (charging every device is just not my thing), I rely on wired headphones for most of my listening. I only use Bluetooth in the car, and even then, nothing goes directly on my ears. With modern phones ditching the headphone jack, I was thrilled to find that there are still options for people like me who aren’t ready to fully embrace the wireless revolution.When my order arrived, the delivery information on the site said it was packed with another item, and at first glance, it seemed like everything was there. Unfortunately, my USB-C to Aux adapter was missing from the package. I reached out to Amazon, and they were fantastic—no questions asked, they sent out a replacement immediately. Great customer service!To top it off, Amazon initially estimated the replacement would arrive by Wednesday the 6th, but it showed up on Monday the 3rd instead. I’m calling that a win! As for the adapter itself, it works exactly as expected—crisp audio, no lag, and it’s a lifesaver for my wired headphones. If you’re like me and prefer to keep things simple and wired, this adapter is a must-have. Highly recommend!I did enclose two photos. I had so many of those old headphones with the jacks but I didn’t want to get rid of them so this adapter was a huge money saver. I’ve had them for months and the durability is great. It’s lightweight so I don’t notice them.
