Love this nettle tea! I drink it every morning after my coffee with a little bit of honey. The taste is smooth and delicious. It has zero caffeine and a plethora of health benefits. I let my teabag soak for 5 minutes to get the maximum effect. It has natural anti-inflammatory properties and gives you a boost of energy. This is a staple in our house now.

This tea is excellent for alleviating that scratchy, uncomfortable feeling I occasionally wake up with, especially on cold and blustery days. It soothes my throat and tastes great, too. I always keep a bag or two on hand during winter, just in case. I'm really glad I was introduced to this tea!

I took this initially for allergy remedy. It did nothing. But i did notice clear skin and major hair growth spurts after drinking this consistently for about 2 weeks. I know nettle has a bunch of vitamins and minerals in it so there are other benefits.No bad taste. Just taste herbal. I didnt need to add honey or anything. Taste fine.
