they fit perfectly. front to back exact, no slack. Just an inch or so on either side so they don't have to ride on top of the "channels." a welcome replacement for the one-piece grate that comes with the RT-590.

My daughter had given me a Jenn-Air barbecue in like-new condition. However, the grill plate had been used extensively and showed signs of heavy use. So I set out to find a new one to fit my Jenn-Air 720-0061LP. I searched for 2 days, and finally decided on this grill grate, one because it appeared to be well made and two because it was $50 cheaper than all the other ones I had come across on different websites. I received it in 2 days, it was extremely well packaged. There was thick foam padding wrapped around each grate, inside its own box, and then there was additional package padding inside the Amazon box. I was very happy with the heavy duty quality & craftsmanship of this grill grate. I was extremely pleased at how well it fit perfectly into place in the grill. They sell multiple other replacement parts and pieces to different makes and models of barbecue grills, and their prices are more than reasonable, and fall well below other sellers. I needed replacement grates for my grill and the measurements perfectly matched. They are thin compared to the grates I had (reason for 4 star rating), but for the price they seemed fine. I've treated them as cast iron instead of coated grates. I washed them in light soapy water and completely dried them. I then coated in olive oil and let it cure in the grill for an hour at approx 400 degrees then cooled with the cover on. Now, after grilling, I burn off the leftover bits, shut it off then gently scrub off leftover residue with a nylon brush. I spray them with olive oil and let it cool with the lid on. I have grilled on them approx. 8 times since getting them and they cook well making perfect grill marks and they are completely non stick.

I wanted to replace the steel grills on my Pitt Boss, with ceramic coated grills, which are easier to clean and cook on. Unfortunately, there are no options for Pitt Boss.I did look for grills with similar dimensions. This set fits perfectly.The ceramic coating is not as robust as on other brands, but the fit is spot on. Spray some cooking oil on the grate and you're good to cook on.Verify your Pitt's grill width and overall length. For the 700 series, 19-1/2 x 24 with about 1/4" margin.

I order a set of these every 3-5 years to replace them as they become old and dirty. If I took better care of them, they'd probably last a lot longer!

Fits well on my Bullet grill - I have a 5 burner grill - had to order 2 sets though.

After carefully measuring my old grills, I purchased these. They are cast iron with great heat conduction and fit perfectly on my Cap n cook BBQ.
