JBL GO2 - Waterproof Ultra Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Blue

I love this little bluetooth speaker.I've tried many different speakers - some won't pair to my devices. Others wear out after a month or two. But this one? I love it.The sound is really good - but then again, I might not be the one to trust on that. My ears are old - still, this is probably the only bluetooth speaker I've owned that actually gets loud if I want it to.Loud enough for my old lady ears.Two cons - I'm not positive the battery life is all that great - but it lasts while I'm outside reading listening to a podcast or some streaming jazz music. And the charging cord is short. Very short.Other than that, I'd say this is the best buy I've made in a long time. I just wish I had made this purchase sooner, instead of going for cheaper ones that were nothing but a pile of poop.

I bought this speaker specifically for my showers — and now, I don’t shower without it. It’s small but MIGHTY. The sound is surprisingly loud and crisp for such a compact speaker. Whether I’m blasting music or catching up on my favorite podcast episodes, it fills the bathroom with rich sound and keeps me totally entertained while I’m scrubbing down. I love that it’s waterproof so it’s perfect if I get a little soap and water on it while turning it up or down. I know that I don’t have to worry about spalshing ruining it, which is exactly what I need in a speaker that lives in my bathroom. Bonus points for how easy it is to pair with my phone and how portable it is. I’ve even taken it to the backyard while gardening. And whenever I go on vacation, this thing goes with me! If you like your showers with a soundtrack or need a little voice of company while you get showered, this speaker is essential—a clean body, happy ears, good vibes—like, what more could you ask for?

Bought one and then another to give away. It’s so powerful/loud for a little guy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Perfect size, sound and has a long charge. Love this my second purchase. Easily connects and disconnects with blue tooth. JBL sounds great for the $$ not like the others

Sound is good for what it is. I'm using the AUX input to amplify my Roland wind synth. For that it works well in a small space. I would also us it for cycling or walking since unlike earbuds it allows me to hear the sounds around me like cars. I would not recommend it as a primary music listening device. There are other better speakers for that. BTW I needed to get the manual online to get the information I needed to set it up.

My friends and I like to have music when we play Mah Jongg at the local senior center. We use this speaker at our table with my iPhone for Pandora or iHeart. It’s perfect!

Solid bass and volume. Great for the beach and traveling. Small enough to fit in your backpack without the bulky feel. Great quality and durability. This is our second JBL 2nd gen speaker - the first one lasted over 5 years of daily use. Hight recommend this JBL speaker.
