Perfect
Mouse works wonderfully and has improved my gaming experience. It doesn't have any drift or latency and is easy to toggle between dpi. It's comfortable to use, a bit of an average size and fits my small hands. I find the buttons are perfectly placed, I'm able to set it up for MMO's, Shooters, cozy and everything in between. Wonderful mouse for the money.

Smooth and simple
I bought this mouse as a replacement for my dead SteelSeries Rival 300. It's got the two thumb buttons, which I expect as standard in this day and age, as well as a switch that moves up/down and a button on the bottom edge, which apparently act as F1, F2, and F3 respectively. I am finding myself hard-pressed to find use cases for these extra buttons as the only I really assign to thumb buttons is melee anyway, but it's nice to have the option. It fits my big ol' hands quite nicely, although I do get a twitchiness in the thumb due to the fact that the F3 thumb button sits right at the tip. It's also got a DPI switcher with five levels built-in, and you can customize that down further in the SteelSeries GG program. All things considered, it's a fine mouse, another good mark on SteelSeries' excellence.

Amazing mouse
Nice look. Customizable lights. The perfect amount of buttons for key binding without being too many to handle. Feels great in the palm. Most importantly, the scroll wheel feels great and accurate. I had to replace my previous mouse because the scroll wheel was terrible.

Great mouse for gaming
Clicky and responsive. With the SteelSeries Engine it is very customizable from which buttons do what to the lights and colors. I am pleased with the quality of the mouse.

Great FPS gaming mouse with a one caveat
Watched a bunch of reviews. It was a toss up between this and the Logitech 502 series. I really like my previous SteelSeries 310 mouse but I wanted just a few more buttons on the mouse so I gave SteelSeries another shot.Quality wise i have no complaints. Most of the negative reviews remark on the three extra added buttons being hard to use. While i agree the forward thumb button requires me to move my thumb forward a few millimeters, its not impossible or uncomfortable to use. The up and down thumb bumper is a great addition tho. The downward motion is very intuitive. The up motion is a little less but still completely functional.I use it to play FPS games mainly. Stuff like Tarkov, Squad and a few MMO type games and the three extra buttons are exactly what i was looking for.I noticed one thing that is odd to me. In game my aim is fine. Firing isnt affected at all but outside of games doing stuff for example navigating the UI or even using windows itself, its not uncommon that i click on something but the moment of my left clicking causes the mouse to move and drags the cursor off the button/tab/item which in many instances negates the click in the first place. Doing things like closing windows or clicking a menu item in a games UI doesn't work because the click is canceled by my cursor dragging off the button before releasing. Again its very odd because it doesn't seem to affect me in game and i do believe the mouse is activating but just dragging the mouse before releasing causes it to cancel out. Its less of an issue as i get use to using the mouse but something i definitely noticed. All in all i like the mouse and will be keeping it and continuing to suppose Steel Series as i feel like my original favorite peripheral company Logitech definitely feels like they have fallen off in quality and user experience while at the same time become more expensive.

Great mouse
Really glad I purchased this mouse. I looked at so many because I have a larger hand and this one feels nice. I like how the lighting syncs with the keyboard to.

"Jumpy" mouse scroll after less than 2 months
I have used 2 SteelSeries mice prior to this purchase, due to the Logitech G502 having a repeat issue of left mouse button double-click problems. Having previously used the Rival 600, I liked it overall except for an issue of the glue being really poor on the left rubber pad. Annoying, but fixable with gorilla glue. However, that mouse eventually started randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. I figured the issue was maybe just organic wear and tear, and so I had no qualms with getting this purported updated version of that mouse.I purchased this mouse and was initially impressed with it. It's ergonomic and feels good in almost every way. However, when scrolling down with the mouse wheel, the scroll routinely will jump up. Upon Googling this issue, I see tons of complaints about this exact issue, all chalking it up to either dust in the mouse wheel or a hardware issue. Having done everything I can on my end to remove any potential accumulated dust, the issue persists. The fact that Steelseries only offers a 30-day return window means I can't return this to repair the hardware issue, even though it's only two months old.I'm pretty disappointed overall with this purchase and the inability to RMA to try and see if I can actually feel good about this purchase. Based on the number of complaints I have seen about this exact issue, something I wish I saw before purchase, I thought it prudent to warn others not to purchase this mouse lest you potentially face the same issues.
