Used to buy the store brand from local big box place but for some reason they don’t carry it anymore. Replaced it with this and it works great.

Since taking this-no problems. The instructions say take one with each meal. However, when you’re older, you may not have three full meals. What worked for us was, one at lunch. Two for the dinner meal. Also drink adequate fluids.

They work pretty well. I find it to work better and is less expensive than getting a similar product from a local store.

These psyllium husk capsules seem to work as well as a well known brand that I was using.

Good fiber product

Works, but I have an allergy to one of the "other" ingredients. I bought these to replace a 3 gram fiber supplement that I was previously using. Unfortunately, this product contains rice flour and I have a mild allergy to rice so I can't take it. I need to read the product labels more carefully when purchasing products.
