Needs attention to detail to be a good refurbisher
When it arrived it had a bent corner on the edge of the laptop plastic bezel under glass is cracked and wobbles webcam has black spots that show up when in use as if when they replaced the glass to refurbish it they didn’t clean the glass or dust got on the camera other than that it works great needed to finish installing drivers after first boot

Great condition
It's used?? It looks brand new. I can't find a scratch on it. Everything seems to be as described. I am very happy with this so far. The only negative is the battery life. After first full charge, it lasted about 3 hours, even with the battery setting on the battery save side.Update: This company replaced my battery under warranty and I am very satisfied with their customer service and product.

Disappointment in a box!
But this as my first refurbished from Amazon for sons b-day- it arrived without a keyboard - so he could not use it. Called and waited another week for the replacement. Sent the original back. Then, the replacement would not hold a charge even after being plugged in so it slowly died. Returned it as well. Left with a very sad child. So just purchased a completely different, brand-new laptop which works perfectly. Moral of the story- skip refurbished and buy new as you pay for what you get.

Padbook Dell
At the present moment my son is loving this Dell padbook. Initially I recommend the purchase.

Disappointing
I understand the item was renewed but it was nowhere near acceptable especially for over $200. One of the two speakers did not function and the battery was horrible. After a full charge, a half hour in hibernation and I had to charge it again. I can't believe this unit passed "inspection".
