Laptop arrived in excellent cosmetic condition and was package very well with screen protected and I was very excited and started the setup for my new laptop which took over an hour and all my information seamlessly transferred to the new laptop - amazing - just like an iPhone. Then, I left the laptop charge and checked it periodically and the next thing I know, the laptop won't turn on. I tried to reboot, didn't work. I did a hard reboot, didn't work. I panicked because all my information is on the laptop and I couldn't erase them if I cannot turn the laptop back on. I contacted Amazon who couldn't help and can only offer a refund but I told them I don't want to return a laptop with all my information but Amazon said they have no other option but to return so I then had to spend another hour trying to figure out how to erase my data without damaging the laptop ( removing the hard drive) and finally, I was able to turn the laptop back on and had to spend another hour resetting the laptop and erasing all my data. This is such a waste of time. I don't think these laptops went through any quality checks.

Got this laptop for creating documents, surfing the web, and basic online needs.It works great.Note - let the laptop charge before use. Also veify the charger that comes with the laptop works with it. The supplied one did not for me which is a bummer.I had a spare charger that was meant for the laptop (my work laptop) and I ended up purchasing another charger for this machine.All and all, the laptop has done its job.PS. You will need a subscription to MS 365 if you are planning on doing document creation.

Frustrating. Out of the box this looked good. Within a few minutes of being on this was getting very hot. I liked the specs on this laptop but can't keep something like this that overheats almost instantly.

Great value and good laptop. Shipped and delivered as expected. would buy again.

esto es estafa, soy ingeniero informatico, el equipo lo encendi y se frizo la pantalla.Se supone que es un equipo usado, pero certificado reacondicionado. en ese sentido, se debe probar el equipo, en el momento que estan reacondicionandolo. solo lo encendi y cuando arranco el sistema, la pantalla se frizo. el vendedor sabia perfectamente que el equipo estaba malo y aun asi lo envio. eso no es certificar que un equipo se a reacondicionado. es estafar por vender articulos en mal estado. lo se porque soy ingeniero informatico, me dedico a soporte y conozco los protocolos que se siguen en el soporte y reparacion de equipos.pesima experiencia. no comprar

Received laptop and it was powered on already with a battery alarm on it. Not a big deal but when I plugged it in it wasn't take a charge and after the battery was drained it was done. I know these are refreshed but where it the quality control and a waste of my time!
