Sign is plenty big to be viewed from 30-40'. I selected 3" red vinyl numbers and the room across the sign was just enough to display a phone number in xxx-xxx-xxxx format. When I say just enough I mean edge to edge of the sign. I overlapped some of the border and to clean things up I used denatured alcohol to "erase" some of the red border. This worked great and resulted in a perfectly acceptable result. For the money this is just what I expected. The numbers I used can be found by searching Amazon for "Headline sign 31333 Stick-On Vinyl Numbers, Red, 3-inch".

Red/White "LAND FOR SALE" sign is Big Enough& sturdy enough to post on the property. The double sided RED print stands out and the 9Gauge sign holder should be sturdy enough to stay put for some time. I used 3" Gothic vinyl self sticking numbers to display the phone number. IT LOOKS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THANKS muchly to the vendor. you mad it easy for me.

I bought this and it did not come with a stake although it stated that it did.
